We are not a lender, a mortgage broker or a financial adviser. We don't arrange credit, take applications, refer you to lenders, or recommend any loan, lender or product. We don't receive payments from lenders or brokers.

Calculator results are estimates. They depend on the numbers you enter and on assumptions such as a rate that doesn't change. A lender's figures may differ. Rates, thresholds, grants and duty rates come from official sources, which each page lists with the date we checked them. These change, so check the official page and talk to the lender or a licensed professional before you make a decision.

If you find a figure that is out of date, it will be corrected when the page is next reviewed.

Licensing

In Australia, home lending and credit assistance are regulated by ASIC under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009, and lenders and brokers must hold an Australian credit licence or be an authorised credit representative. We do not hold a credit licence and we do not provide credit, credit assistance or advice. You can check a lender or broker on ASIC's professional registers before you deal with them.
