These terms apply when you use HomeLoansCalculator.au, operated by Dominet BV, Panamalaan 7D, 1019 AS Amsterdam, the Netherlands(KvK 75389517). By using the site you accept them.
What the site is
HomeLoansCalculator.au is a calculator and information site, not a lender, credit provider or mortgage broker. We publish calculators and general guides. We do not sell, quote, recommend for your situation or arrange any product, and no agreement between you and a provider is made through us.
Information only
This is general information only and does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. It is not financial, credit or tax advice. Consider whether it is appropriate for you and seek independent advice. Calculator results are estimates based on the figures you enter and the assumptions shown on each page. Guides are checked at the dates shown. Products, rates, fees and rules change. Always check the current terms with the provider and the relevant authority before you decide. In Australia, home lending and credit assistance are regulated by ASIC under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009, and lenders and brokers must hold an Australian credit licence or be an authorised credit representative. We do not hold a credit licence and we do not provide credit, credit assistance or advice. You can check a lender or broker on ASIC's professional registers before you deal with them.
Links to other sites
Some links lead to other websites, such as government sources (see our general information notice). We are not responsible for the content, products or privacy practices of other sites. Any product you take out is with the provider, under its terms.
Liability
We take care to keep guides accurate but cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or current. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory consumer law.
Use of content
You may read, share links to and quote short parts of our guides with a link back. Copying whole pages or using automated tools to scrape the site needs our permission.
Law
Dutch law applies, without taking away protection you have under the law of the country where you live. We may change these terms; the review date at the top shows the current version.
